I'm the one who walked out of rooms and away from harmful relationships that tried to silence me, and now I teach other Black women how to do the same.

I journey with women of faith who have been dismissed, minimized, overlooked, or told to shrink as they reclaim their voices, their brilliance, and their God-given authority.

I did not create this challenge to give you another list of "how to's, but as a space to help you understand why your voice matters, why your silence has been costly, and why your transformation will not wait for permission.
