I love me some Fantasia, and I especially love her song, "Lose to Win," because it speaks of giving up someone or something that you love so dearly to obtain something that will sustain a lifetime. That someone just may be your mother, father, sister, brother, or boo! In some rare cases, it may also mean distancing yourself from those you love.
Many of us are holding on to what we need to release. I've been there. Though I've lost much to answer this preaching call, I've gained so much more.
